Returns are accepted up to 14 days after purchase. To be eligible for return the product must be unused in original packaging with proof of purchase. If accepted, you will be refunded product value minus shipping costs. 

If you wish to return a damaged product you must request the return within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging. 

Plants and sale items are non-refundable.
